At Basecomfort, we are committed to delivering a high-quality product every time. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds applicable to our custom-made goods, which are created according to each client’s unique specifications.
1. Policy on Custom-Made Goods Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, all custom-made socks produced according to a client’s approved design are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which exempts “the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized” from the standard right of withdrawal.
2. Manufacturing Defects or Errors We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an order with a verifiable manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., the final product does not match the approved sample), please follow these steps:

In your email, please include your project/order number and provide clear photos of the defect.
Our team will investigate the issue promptly. If a manufacturing error is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the defective items or another mutually agreed-upon solution to correct the issue.
