The Site provides information about our custom sock manufacturing services. Its primary purpose is to allow potential business clients (“you”) to submit inquiries for a complimentary, non-binding design proposal. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an order or a purchase agreement.

3. The Inquiry and Proposal Process

When you submit an inquiry via our contact form, you are requesting a free design proposal. All terms of a potential order, including final pricing, production timelines, payment schedules, and delivery details, will be outlined in a separate, formal proposal or contract. A binding agreement is only formed when both parties sign a formal contract or when you accept our written proposal.

4. Payment Terms

All projects require an advance payment before production can begin. The specific payment terms, including the advance payment amount and schedule, will be clearly outlined in the formal project proposal or contract provided to you. Production will not commence until the initial payment obligations are met.

5. User-Provided Content (Your Logo & Designs)

By submitting any artwork, logo, trademark, or design to us (“Your Content”), you represent and warrant that you have the full legal right and authority to use this content for manufacturing purposes. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from the unauthorized use of Your Content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including our logos (Basecomfort™, BC logo), text, graphics, and images, is the intellectual property of MB “Klosta” or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Returns & Refunds Policy for Custom Goods

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made socks produced according to your specific, approved design are non-refundable and cannot be returned, except in the case of verifiable manufacturing defects acknowledged by us. The standard 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply to custom-made goods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB “Klosta” shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or information provided. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service agreement shall be limited to the amount paid for that service.

9. Prohibited Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, upload malicious code, scrape data, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these rules.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
