Production & Product||What is the minimum order quantity for schools?
The technical minimum for custom socks is 50 pairs per design/size. However, for schools wanting to use our “Merch Logistics” and get the best price, we recommend planning an annual basket of 500–1000+ pairs (e.g., for freshers’ camps, Christmas gifts, and the webshop combined).
Do you make children's sizes for schools?
Yes, we can produce the full size range. A common choice for schools is to allocate part of the order to smaller sizes (students) and part to standard adult sizes (seniors, teachers, parents). This creates unified school merchandise.
Can you knit our Mascot on socks?
Absolutely. We use Jacquard knitting (where the pattern is knitted into the fabric, not printed), so we can accurately depict university talismans or crests. Such designs don’t wear off and look solid.
What materials are used?
We use a time-tested composition: 80% OEKO-TEX® certified combed cotton (for comfort), 15% polyamide (for strength), and 5% elastane (for fit). This is especially important for schools requiring safe and hygienic products.
Merch Logistics & Warehousing||How does warehousing work if we have no space?
It’s a simple subscription service. We produce a larger quantity of branded merchandise (e.g., 2000 pairs), pack them in boxes, and keep them in our warehouse. You pay a fixed monthly storage fee, and retrieve goods in parts as needed.
Can you ship to different addresses?
Yes. Depending on your plan, we can ship orders to multiple locations (e.g., different campus faculties). You don’t need to repack and transport boxes yourself.
How fast do we get a restock before an event?
Upon receiving your email request, we dispatch the shipment from the warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Do you help with university webshop stock?
Yes. We act as your external warehouse. When you see custom logo sock stock running low in your shop, just email us, and we replenish it promptly.
