How It Works

1. We check and prepare your stock.

We carefully inspect your manufactured socks, assess the quality, pack them into standard boxes of 100 pairs, and assign each a unique identification number.

2. We store and maintain.

Your boxes are held securely in our warehouse, and all your assets are insured against primary risks. We constantly monitor inventory levels and notify you when it’s time to plan a restock.

3. Merch Logistics in action: We ship on demand.

You simply send us an email with the required quantity and address (or multiple addresses)—we take care of the rest. Your goods are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Note: Standard box = 100 pairs. Shipping cost is based on the carrier’s rate.

Merch Logistics

Your monthly plan fee includes the full service package:

  1. Storage: Your reserved, secure space according to the plan limit (e.g., “Stock” plan – up to 10 boxes).
  2. Order Preparation: An included limit of shipment preparations (e.g., “Stock” plan – 4 shipments/month).
  3. Product Insurance: All your stored products are insured.
  4. Admin: Depending on the plan, additional services are included, such as the “Vault” plan which covers a detailed monthly inventory report. Important: The shipping (courier) costs themselves are not included in the fee.

This is the ideal scenario. When ordering sock production with us, you just need to specify during the production stage that you want to use the “Merch Logistics” service. As soon as your socks are manufactured, we will activate your chosen plan and move the goods to your dedicated storage space instead of shipping them to you.

Yes. All your stored products are insured for the entire time they are with us. This is included in all service plans.

Our standard is to prepare and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your email.

You pay the actual courier price with no markups. The order preparation and packing are included in your plan’s monthly shipment limit (e.g., 4 shipments in the “Stock” plan).

If your inventory exceeds your plan’s limit (e.g., you have 12 boxes, but the “Stock” plan allows 10), we will automatically move you to the next-tier plan (in this case, “Reserve”) that fits your needs. We will inform you before this happens.

If you exceed your plan’s shipment limit (e.g., you send 5 shipments on the “Stock” plan, which allows 4), each additional shipment will be charged a small fulfillment fee. The fee depends on your plan (e.g., “Stock” – €3/box, “Reserve” – €2.5/box).

Clients on the “Vault” plan receive a detailed monthly inventory report to help track stock. Clients on all plans can also email us at any time for an exact inventory count. We do not perform automatic re-stocking—you initiate a new production order when you see the need.

Yes, the plans are flexible. You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you wish to downgrade (e.g., from “Reserve” to “Stock”), just let us know, and the plan will be changed for the next billing cycle.

Yes. To maintain process efficiency, the “Stock” and “Reserve” Merch Logistics plans have address limits (2 and 5 different addresses per month, respectively). The highest plan (“Vault”) has no limit on shipping addresses.

This service is not designed for that. To keep the process simple and affordable, we operate strictly in full-box units (typically 1 box = 100 pairs). We do not offer single-item order fulfillment.

The process is very simple. Since we do not have a minimum contract term, you can cancel the service at any time by notifying us via email 30 days in advance. During this period, we will coordinate the final retrieval of your goods.
